Return Policy

Return Request
Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Window
The product must reach us within 7 days after return approval.
Mandatory Requirement
1.Continuous unboxing video required.
2.Video starts from opening the package.
3.Entire product must be shown.
4.Returns without the video may not be accepted.
Product Condition
✔ Unused
✔ Unwashed
✔ Original tags attached
✔ Original packaging available
Eligible Returns
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product during shipping
- Major manufacturing defect
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind
- Slight color variation (5–10%) due to screen settings
- Minor irregularities in hand painting, weaving, or block printing (natural characteristics of handmade products)
- Customized, stitched, or altered products
- Sale or clearance items
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
An exception applies if WeaverCrafts has sent the wrong product or a damaged item.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.
• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
